L&M Plastering recently completed a job in Selly Oak Birmingham. The customer previously had a lead from their bathroom on the first floor which caused water damage and slight sagging in the ceiling below. The ceiling was painted in a Santex finish which was not of the customers choosing.

L&M plastering completed an over boarding and skimming of a previous artex ceiling in Sutton Coldfield. The artex was extremely thick and almost impossible to simply skim over as this would have had imperfections.

Plastering Lichfield

L&M Plastering have repaired a ceiling in Lichfield (Kings Bromley) where the electrician had accidentally cut holes in the ceiling from working in a room upstairs. After covering the furniture for protection, I cut plasterboard to the sizes of the holes made and fixed timber to the underside of the ceiling and screwed the plasterboard to this timber.
